Tervetuloa Pikametallimiehet ry:n syyskokoukseen 2.12. klo 18.00! Kokouksessa vahvistetaan ensi vuoden toimintasuunnitelma sekä talousarvio, ja mitä jännittävintä, valitaan hallitus vuodelle 2025!
Kuten olettaa saattaa, toiminta ei pyöri ilman tekijöitä, joten jos lappeen Rantojen raskaimpien tapahtumien järjestäminen yhtään kiinnostaa, niin kannattaa ehdottomasti hakea mukaan toimintaan ensi vuodelle! Tietyt roolit hallituksessa täytyy olla lainkin puolesta, mutta muuten jokaiselle varmasti löytyy itselle mieluinen pesti! Kokous järjestetään Kotaniemen kerhotilassa (Tervahaudankatu 1 B). Kerhotilassa on sauna, joten saunakamppeet mukaan jos se kiinnostaa! Kokouksen jälkeen ilta jatkuu perinteisillä heveillä & saunomisella klo 23.00 asti. Alla kokouksen esityslista.
Welcome to the Pikametallimiehet ry Fall Meeting on December 2nd at 18:00! During the meeting, we will confirm next year’s action plan and budget, and most excitingly, elect the board for 2025!
As you might expect, the operation doesn’t run without contributors, so if you’re interested in organizing some of the heaviest events in lappeen Ranta, definitely consider joining the board next year! Certain roles on the board are required by law, but otherwise, there’s a spot for everyone, and you’re sure to find a role that suits you! You can apply for the board by expressing your interest to the chairman via email at pj@pikametallimiehet.org, or by running for a position at the meeting.
The meeting will take place at the Kotaniemi clubroom (Tervahaudankatu 1 B). There’s a sauna in the clubroom, so bring your sauna gear if that interests you! After the meeting, the evening continues with traditional hevit and sauna until 23:00. The meeting agenda is below.
